Intro
Sticker cutting needs vector paths, we recommend using Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, CorelDraw or any apps can handle vector path as well as embedded pixel-based (rasterized) images.
Cutting terminology
Die cut: Also called through cut, which is a path cut through the sticker and release liner. Used to be a die pressed on the paper for cutting, like a cookie-die cutter. Now is replaced by flatbed cutter with a moving cutting blade.
Kiss cut: A cutting technique only cut the sticker without cutting through the release liner. Sticker sheet and easy peel sticker units this technique.
Design Notes
Die cut minimum distance: is 0.125 inch (1/8")
Sticker border minimum distance: 0.0625 to 0.125 inch (1/16" to 1/8")
Borderless sticker: extend your artwork by 0.0625 to 0.125 inch (1/16" to 1/8")
Cutting paths should not collides

Test Wedge: place several portions of your artwork requires extra attention into a small print.
*Make sure you have enough time for editing print files and mailing also takes some time.
Turnaround
Check our announcement for live update. Whole proccess from start to deliver usually takes 1.5-3 week, include contact, editing, production, and standard shipping.
Please reserve in advance before peak convention season, some print works will take significantly longer due to high demand.
Rush order will add notable fee depending on the ongoing queqe and expected in-hand date.

We recommend treating stickers just like any artwork. They require good lighting, especially the ones printed with archival inks. For any stickers, always prevent dust particles from mixing together, especially for gloss laminated stickers. Any vibration during transport will scratch the surface. Keep them stacked, tied and sealed in clean bags.

Can I do test print?
We have 12x24 gang sheet to put all artworks in one artboard. You can test several artwork at once.

Do you do custom size even bigger than 5x5 inch?
Yes, up to 36~42 inch wide. Contact us for custom project.

Do you have quantity / volume discount?
Yes, and it is included in pricing already. For more discount for artist and small business, you are more than welcome to apply B2B.

Can you set up a cutting path for me?
Yes, we adequately charge for $30/30-min for your project, and we both keep the latest version in case of you need printing anytime.

Do you accept return or exchange?
Unfortunately, custom ordered item cannot be returned. However, we accept re-print when there are major manufacturing defects. We may charge material cost for further additional print for fixing.

How can I create cutting path?
Place image in vector-based creative app and design your cutting path. Alternatively, design shapes on transparent PNG.

Do you offer design service?
We offer professional pre-press set up for production, but we can’t create artwork for you.

What can I custom made for sticker printing?
We can print large format print with adhesive backing. You may use it for display or signage purpose.

We use aqueous archival ink for stickers, which has superior quality than most of the competing brand. You are ordering the best-quality sticker on the market.
