Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Shipping times do not include processing and production times.
Processing and production times vary depending on the size of the job. If you have a deadline, please indicate the date of delivery in the order notes or your quote request. Orders can take anywhere between 1-2 days to 2+ weeks to process and produce depending on the size of your job and our production schedule. We will do our best to communicate the timeline of your project and any delays if they occur.
We are active in art events, such as conventions and festivals, and we do observe Federal holidays. These may impact production and shipping schedule. If your project will be affected by these dates, we will inform you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We use either USPS or UPS, depending on pricing and delivery times. Please note: we do not request signatures, so please make arrangements to have someone present at the time of delivery if necessary.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges will vary depending on type of product and size of product.
We do offer free standard shipping for orders over $50.00. Orders over $50.00 that require USPS Priority or 3-day, 2-day, overnight shipping, or UPS Saturday business delivery will incur the corresponding shipping fee.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Information about shipment confirmation and order tracking will be delivered via email provided by customer.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Uproar Design & Print is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Uproar Design & Print is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship internationally (outside US). Charges vary on location, type of product and size of product. Information will be calculated at checkout.
