Image Requirements
- 300/600 Pixel Per Inch range (PPI), or vector file.
- Photoshop PSD, PSB / Illustrator / TIFF, TIF / JPEG / PNG
- Use RGB Color profile: Adobe RGB 1998 (Adobe RGB)
- Do NOT use generic CMYK (SWOP, GraCol, Fogra etc.), except "PrintWide2020" profile.
- Leave instructions for multiple prints, especially quantity. Name your files properly.

What is a "Master Sheet" and how does it work?
To keep our pricing affordable, prints are produced on 13x19-inch master sheet, which fits multiple smaller artworks onto a single sheet.

What bleed/trim options do you offer for full-page prints?
We offer two bleed/trim options: 0.125" (1/8") and 0.0625" (1/16"). We highly recommend the 1/16" option if you want to preserve more of your original image during the edge-trimming process.

Do you have a guide for switching from other print providers?

How long does production take?
Standard production typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on our current queue queue volume. Please note that production time and shipping time are calculated separately.

Can I place a rush order?
If you need to expedite production or shipping, please contact us directly. To keep your costs efficient, we recommend reaching out as early as possible (2 week in advance if you start everything from scratch) — especially during peak event and convention seasons.

Why does the color on my new print look significantly different from my previous print shop?
Please compare our print color with your digital original, and you should NOT use physical CMYK print from other print shops as a reference basis. Our high-chroma digital press reproduces color that is truer to your calibrated screen, there is no point in matching other print shop’s color because we don’t know their workflow and color space. To keep certain colors consistent with the previous print, adjust the colors of your current artwork to match your previous physical copies.

Can I do test print?
Yes, we recommend ordering 3 master sheets for a good comparison results. You can send mutiple artwork on different textured papers of your choice.
