Color Matching
Use device calibrated screen for referencing color only, like most of the giclee prints. You can compare print quality from shops to shops, but NOT referencing back to any of physical for color matching that appearance. Not every first is the final result, we recommend starting a test print brfore volume production.
Some Tips You Should Know:
Caretive app may embedded wrong profile. Artists should check your creative app setting before creating artwork and after exporting print files.
Art print should use RGB data, CMYK data is for offset printing. Printer operates in CMYK does not mean the artwork should be saved in CMYK color space. Art printers has RGB-based driver.
Storage conditions: original reference copies may have yellowing, but we print on new paper.
OBA Paper: optical brightening agents (OBA) interacts with ambient UV light. Viewing appearance shifts from day to night due to metamerism.
Light source: we recommend full-spectrum lighting, or natural light. Some LED light use RGB or White-Yellow-Blue to form bright light, but not optimized for color rendering.
Canvas Dimension
Resolution: Full data, or 600 Pixel per Inch (PPI), minimum 300 PPI
Borderless prints: Add 0.125" or 0.0625" bleed to all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).
Bordered print: Do NOT add bleed.
Example: 8x10 borderless print will need artwork exported at 8.25x10.25

If you’re looking to sell high-quality prints, we recommend prioritizing OBA-Free paper, followed by Acid-Free and pH Buffered options. ISO 9706 certification is a plus for museum-grade prints. We also offer an Eco-friendly paper series if you want to promote environmental awareness.
Paper thickness (caliper): papers with a caliper of 15+ mil are considered thick, while those with a caliper of 7-mil are thin. The medium range falls between 10 and 12 mil, which is typical for average premium photo paper on the market. Statistically, most clients prefer 16-mil for digital fine art prints.
Paper weight (GSM): measured in grams per square meter, indicates the amount of material required to make a paper. A higher GSM value signifies heavier or denser paper, rather than thicker paper.

When introducing your art prints to the audience, we highly recommend featuring Archival-Quality Print, Fine Art Print, Fine Art Reproduction, or Giclee Print. Assuming all your color are within printable gamut, you still need a well calibrated screen and lighting condition to validate that issue. We will give you best color possible, based on evaluating several considerations, such as paper specs, environments and on-site lightings.

Frame it with art conservation methods. Using acid-free (pH buffered) backing mat and seal the art print away from UV light, dusts, and air pollutants.
