Sales Policies
Any purchases made through our website has a 24-hour cancellation period with the exception of rush orders. Once printing begins, we cannot offer refunds due to prints being made to order.
All sales are final.
You can always contact us for any questions or concerns about your purchase at hello@uproar.art.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a replacement or correct item. If possible, please take a photo of the defective, damaged or wrong item.
Refunds
If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect and you do not want a replacement, we can offer a refund upon inspection of said item. We will notify you immediately if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
