Can you turn my photo into 3D?
No, we do not have modeler or engineer in house.

Can I print something I found on the community?
Yes, if you own the file and reviewed the safety notes.

What are the prohibited parts?
Restricted items against California Law. Copyrighted, trademarked, or patented item without authorization documents. Unlicensed items for commercial use.

Minimum wall thickness?
Please make sure the any wall is at least 0.8 mm.

Minimum distance for articulating joints?
Please make sure the minimum gap is 0.2 mm.

What should I be aware of before sending my designs?
Broken, or non-unified edges. Zero-thickness wall. Cavity inside the model. Floating or stray parts, edge, vertex, or faces. Collided objects.

What material should I use?
Each plastic or polymer has different mechanical property, such as strength and flexibility. Research before printing. Do not take any risk or guess.
