  • Can you turn my photo into 3D?

    No, we do not have modeler or engineer in house.

  • Can I print something I found on the community?

    Yes, if you own the file and reviewed the safety notes.

  • What are the prohibited parts?

    Restricted items against California Law. Copyrighted, trademarked, or patented item without authorization documents. Unlicensed items for commercial use.

  • Minimum wall thickness?

    Please make sure the any wall is at least 0.8 mm.

  • Minimum distance for articulating joints?

    Please make sure the minimum gap is 0.2 mm.

  • What should I be aware of before sending my designs?

    Broken, or non-unified edges. Zero-thickness wall. Cavity inside the model. Floating or stray parts, edge, vertex, or faces. Collided objects.

  • What material should I use?

    Each plastic or polymer has different mechanical property, such as strength and flexibility. Research before printing. Do not take any risk or guess.
