Tax applied to item that is NOT able for ”resale” purpose:

• Promotional or marketing materials: any sizes of print with advertisement or business contact info (Can be included in marketing expenses)

Tax free for resale products:

• Any size of print become part of your inventory, and intended for sale or resale
• Your graphic display or hardware, which may depreciates over time
• [Important] If your have remaining inventory over a year, those items subject to sale & use tax

BOTH are acceptable in general, and please be considerate when sending us NSFW works

• SFW: Send as any normal image
• NSFW: Zip folder, or give us a warning message when open (Please respect our teammate privacy)
• [Important] NSFW and “Illegal content” are different. DO NOT send content violate California law, such as pedophile or self harm content.

B2B status will be revoked if we confirmed the following violations:

• Intended to print AI-generated content, especially artwork
• Intended to replicate bootlegs, stolen, or unauthorized contents

We will contact client and hold production until everything is resolved.
