Sarah Richter is a German illustrator based in Cottbus who has worked professionally since 2017. Inspired by mythology and the atmosphere of night, she creates dark fantasy worlds inhabited by magical beings and mysterious creatures. Working with both digital drawing tools and traditional pen and paper, she explores castles, melancholy and the fleeting nature of life through her illustrations.
Selected regional event. Listed as a participating artist in Offene Ateliers Brandenburg 2026, with an open studio in Cottbus featuring illustration, painting and drawing.
