In the lab test, black and white prints usually last 200 to 400 years; full color prints will last 150 to 200 years.

Can I return my print if I'm not satisfied?
Sorry, we can't wipe the paper and print you a new one. Please contact us for fix prints or alternatives.

Are the colors of the prints guaranteed to match my screen?
Assuming all your color are within printable gamut, you still need a well calibrated screen and lighting condition to validate that issue. We will give you best color possible, based on evaluating several considerations, such as paper specs, environments and on-site lightings.

How should I care for my Fine Art Print?
Frame it with art conservation methods. Using acid-free (pH buffered) backing mat and seal the art print away from UV light, dusts, and air pollutants.
