Color Profile
Use this profile: Adobe RGB 1998 (Adobe RGB)
Use "Adobe RGB 1998" (Adobe RGB) while working on your art. Export print files with embed Adobe RGB profiles. Do NOT use generic CMYK (SWOP, GraCol, Fogra etc.), except "PrintWide2020" profile. To prevent unwanted color shift, embedded the correct profile.

Leaving Additional Instructions
You can leave note in Microsoft Word, Ecxel, Notepad and any form can carry message. Name your files properly.

Production
If image follow the design template or meet our upload requirements, usually takes 3 to 5 days depends on ongoing production, then goes into logistics network. Time for shipping and production calculated separately.
Shipping
We prioritize UPS, then FedEx and USPS. Packaging cost included handling fee and materials.
Rush Order
We need to hasten either production or shipping. To keep your cost efficient, we recommend contacting us earlier during peak season.
