We are flexible for your convenience:
(1) After receiving a full payment of your order, we will send an invoice to you directly.
(2) We’re able to check your files in advance; refunds are according to the price of the unused portion of resin (if needed, you can use the refund balance for upgraded shipping).
** The pricing cost is not linear. The complexity of the model as well as the labor involved with clean up is all taken into consideration.

** Please share/attach printable files in *.STL *.OBJ or *.form formats.
** The integrity of the model is vital. Please make sure that the model is not broken, too thick/thin, can easily trap resin or is corrupted.
We highly recommend to download PreForm by Formlabs for your 3D sculpts. Preform is free and is our program of choice. By setting up your project using Preform, we’ll be able to print according to your specific settings/layout.

You are purchasing BUILD VOLUME depending on the needed Z Height. Please fit as many parts as possible using a 2-3mm distance.
Please contact us in advance if you want to use a highly specific resin for your project. Our studio has access to the Formlabs resin library. However, we don’t always stockpile certain resins due to its potential aging once exposed to the environment. We ALWAYS use the latest version of resins available. Make sure to check the “V” number (Ex: V2, V4, Etc.)
** Resin Tank CHARGE (RTC) | The selected resins have RTC included in pricing due to chemical damages: Tough 2K, 50A, Rigid 4K/10K, Grey Pro, ESD Resin.
It’s required to purchase a resin tank and use it within the tanks' lifetime for a first print run.
The tanks' maximum lifetime is 10 weeks (75 days) once exposed to resin or due to 250 hours of printing. Whichever occurs first. If you decide to do a second print run or make multiple project purchases, we will refund $150 overages.
** Resin Tank FEE (RTF) | The selected resins have RTF included in pricing due to chemical damages: Draft, 80A, Model, Dental LT Clear, BioMed Clear.
The tanks' maximum lifetime are 35 weeks (250 days) once exposed to resin or due to 600 hours of printing. Whichever occurs first.
Your privacy is important to us. We treat all projects as confidential using a non-disclosure agreement. NONE of your data will be shared to any parties.
We will always ask for your permission/consent first before publishing your project in our print work portfolio, on our website or on our social media. We will do our best to take a studio photo shoot with your project. Afterwards, we’ll provide you with said photo and tag you, as well on any of our social platforms.
